Instantly. As soon as payment is confirmed you’re taken to a download page, and we also email the links to you. You can find past orders under “My downloads”.
+What format are the templates in?
It depends on the type: Instagram packs are editable SVGs, WordPress items are installable block themes, landing pages are plain HTML/CSS/JS, and documents are HTML or Markdown. Each product page lists what’s included.
+Can I use these for client and commercial work?
Yes. Every purchase includes the Standard Licence, which covers commercial use for one brand or client. For wider use, upgrade to an Extended or Exclusive licence — see our Licensing page.
+Are prices in pounds and do they include VAT?
Yes — all prices are in GBP and include UK VAT.
+Can I request a custom template?
Absolutely. Open any author’s page and send them a brief with your budget and timeline. They’ll reply with a quote.
+I don’t have time to set it up — can someone do it for me?
Yes. Our Services page lists vetted UK partners who can install your template, run your social media, write copy and more.
+What’s your refund policy?
Because these are digital downloads, the right to cancel ends once you download. We’ll still refund faulty files, duplicate charges, or undownloaded orders within 14 days — see our Refund Policy.
