Refund Policy

Templates are digital downloads. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right to cancel a digital purchase ends once the download has started — which you agree to at checkout. That said, we want you to be happy with what you buy.

When we’ll refund

• The file is faulty, corrupt or not as described, and we can’t fix it.
• You were charged twice or charged in error.
• You haven’t downloaded the files yet and ask within 14 days.

How to ask

Email support@templ.co.uk with your order email and what went wrong. We aim to respond within 2 working days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
