What we collect
When you buy a template we collect your email address and order details. If you contact an author or partner, we pass on the details you submit so they can reply. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider (Stripe) and never stored on our servers.
How we use it
To deliver your downloads, send your receipt and links, provide support, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing. Email support@templ.co.uk and we’ll respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Retention
We keep order records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, then delete them.
