1. Who we are
Templ Studio Ltd (“Templ”, “we”), registered in England & Wales (company no. 15482210), operates this template marketplace. By using the site or buying a template you agree to these terms.
2. Buying templates
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT. Payment is taken at checkout. Once payment is confirmed you receive an instant download and a copy of the links by email.
3. Licence
Each template is supplied under the licence shown on its product page (see our Licensing page). You may not re-sell or redistribute the source files. Authors retain copyright in their designs.
4. Custom work & services
Custom template requests and partner services are agreements between you and the author or partner. We help connect you and are not party to that contract unless stated otherwise.
5. Liability
Templates are provided “as is”. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
